About Me

product manager nyc, hire product manager, fractional pm, tech consultant

I'm a seasoned product manager with 10+ years of experience building impactful features across SaaS, eCommerce, and content platforms. My career began in sales at the publisher Macmillan, where I developed a deep sensitivity to what customers actually need — not just what they ask for. That ear for the customer has been my North Star ever since. I combine qualitative research with data analysis to understand real user behavior and build accordingly. My approach is grounded in outcomes: for the customer, for the business, and for the teams I collaborate with. I’ve led product efforts on everything from Broadway ticketing to tax compliance tools for the creator economy, and I love untangling complex problems with clarity and care. What unites all of this — and even echoes my work as a Pilates instructor — is the belief that structure matters. Whether I’m coaching a team or designing a feature, I always come back to the same principle: make things work better for the person on the other end.
